Our Professional Services Team is one of the newest functional areas within the Cpl Life Sciences Group but has over 30 years’ collective experience within the HR, Finance, IT and Supply Chain recruitment sector.
The team features highly dedicated and committed consultants who work tirelessly to ensure high quality vacancies for their candidates and high calibre applicants for their clients.
The Professional Services Team have a highly varied client base which includes the top pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO and medical devices companies in the world. They have managed to secure and maintain lasting relationships with these clients through committed work in matching first rate candidates with exceptional vacancies at prominent clients. These include Roche, Eisai, RB, Lilly, Ferring and Parexel, amongst others.
The Professional Service Team are strong advocates of quality over quantity, and as such, conduct rigorous screening and a qualifying process to ensure pairing candidates to jobs is as accurate as possible.
